Methodology

Better integration with existing tools rather than duplicating functionality
Synozur used a workshop-centered approach to develop user insights, requirements, and personas to tailor the intranet design to different user groups.
Employed a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) design to ensure the platform was both functional and appealing.
The vision and roadmap centered on creating a personalized, efficient, and engaging experience for employees, with key scenarios driving decisions about content and functionality access.

Synozur’s design was instrumental in elevating employee experience on the intranet and for future employee-centered initiatives. Key attributes include:
Features and capabilities grouped into five themes: Search and Find, People and Profiles, News and Events, Community, and Navigation.
Site disposition strategy based on the primary purpose and audience, leveraging different publishing tools for different types of content.
Personalized search delivering security-trimmed results, with options for filtering by source, type, function, or segment
As a result, the client has aligned business goals with a cohesive and dynamic digital workspace.
